Marinate the Cook
A simple recipe…
Open bottle of dry white.
Throw in some of this (3 chopped cloves of garlic) into a hot frying pan with a tablespoon of lard.
Some of that (1 or 2 chopped cayenne peppers & seeds)
Test dry white to verify quality.
Something else (a cubed chicken breast)
Crumble other stuff (stock cube).
Reevaluate dry white.
Stir while making sure the dry white is still good.
Add more stuff (shredded ¼ cabbage)
Stir and check there is still dry white left in the bottle, if there is add ¼ cup.
Add small box of fresh cream.
Stir in sauce, finish off dry white. Once the cook is sufficiently marinated, serve with whatever (recipe coming soon).
Open new bottle of dry white to go with meal…
